Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at 203-856-0621. You can cancel at any time ten (10) days before your party for no charge. If you decide to cancel anytime within nine to three (9-3) days before your party, we have the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel any time within those final three (3) days before your party, we have the right to charge you a cancellation fee equaling one third (1/3) of the cost of the unit. If cancelling for weather you must wait 24 hours for accurate forecast before cancelling. If canceling due to the weather forecast, the cancellation fee can be waived by calling the number listed above; however, said reason for cancellation must be agreed upon by both CTBounce and the customer. We are very flexible and will do our best to work with you to re-schedule as well.
